The Cleveland Guardians have been known for their incredible ability and resources to develop young players, most specifically pitchers.
They can hardly score any runs, but there is no denying that the Guards sure can develop their star hurlers.
The amount of talent they have traded over the years is proof of this: they have flipped pitchers like Mike Clevinger, Corey Kluber, Trevor Bauer, Aaron Civale, Carlos Carrasco, and many others in the last four or five years, and still have produced Shane Bieber, Triston McKenzie, and several others.
The organization made sure to remind people that the pitching factory is firing on all cylinders.
“The pitching factory is alive and well. Tanner, Gavin, and Logan allowed a combined one run over the last three days. This is the second time in franchise history (since earned runs became official) that three rookie starters have achieved such a feat, (per @EliasSports),” the team tweeted.

That’s Tanner Bibee, Gavin Williams, and Logan Allen, in case you were wondering.
The only problem is that the offense hasn’t scored much in recent games, hence their 3-7 record in the last 10 games.
Still, we can’t deny that A) the rookie trio has been instrumental in the Guardians’ season, and B) they still have a chance to win the AL Central because the Twins are just 3.5 games ahead in the AL Central.
This season, Bibee has a 2.92 ERA, Allen is at 3.55, and Williams checks in at 2.90.
All of them have pitched significant innings, too.
The Guardians have three controllable effective pitchers for the present and future, and four if we count McKenzie (currently injured).
That’s an extremely desirable pitching situation.
