The Philadelphia Phillies are on an incredible streak in road games this season.
After a slow start to the season, the Phillies have climbed back into the postseason picture.
Part of the reason for that is because in their last 12 road games they have won them all.
The Phillies even did something this year that no other team has done.
That is sweep the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field.
According to MLB, the Phillies are the first road team to sweep the Rays this season.

Sweeping the Rays is not an easy task.
They are the best team in the American League for a reason.
While they may not have any big names, they play well together and find ways to win.
That just goes to show how well the Phillies are playing on the road right now.
The 12 straight road wins are the second most in franchise history.
Now the Phillies head to Miami for a three-game series where they look to make history.
The most consecutive road wins in franchise history is 13, which was achieved in 1976.
They just need to take the first two from the Marlins to set a new franchise record.
Either way, the Phillies have played their way back into the Wild Card picture.
While winning the division may be far-fetched, we saw what the Phillies did with a Wild Card berth last year.
It will be fun to watch the Phillies chase history.
