The Tennessee Titans have to be considered one of the more underrated teams in the NFL right now, at least from an offensive perspective.
After firing former head coach Mike Vrabel and hiring former Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan, the team went to work adding pieces around young quarterback Will Levis.
Along with future Hall-of-Famer DeAndre Hopkins already being in the building, the team has added three other impactful skill players this offseason.
They signed Pro Bowl running back Tony Pollard away from Dallas, as well as former All-Pro wide receiver Calvin Ridley away from the rival Jaguars.
In a later addition, the team also signed a former receiver of Callahan’s in Tyler Boyd, who he was with in Cincinnati.
But, perhaps the most solid move of all by this team was the pick of JC Latham out of Alabama at No. 7 overall in April’s NFL Draft.
The All-SEC left tackle is reportedly ready to start for Tennessee at that spot.
Titans have no doubt JC Latham is ready to start at left tackle as a rookie. https://t.co/HgkENm5mQ3

Per ESPN’s Turron Davenport, Latham took all the first-team reps at left tackle during OTAs and at mandatory minicamp.
Tennessee is clearly very excited about the 21-year-old’s potential.
He stands at 6-6 and weighs over 340 pounds.
In other words, he is a big man that can prevent anyone from getting to his quarterback.
Well-respected offensive line coach Bill Callahan, who is Brian Callahan’s father, has been coaching offensive lines in the NFL for over 25 years.
In his first year as the team’s offensive line coach, he has seemingly been impressed with Latham, who has all the traits to be a great blocker in the league for a long time.
He should no doubt be a rookie to watch in 2024.
