Tom Brady has been officially retired from the NFL for a few months.

While many former players use this opportunity to take a break and spend time with their loved ones, Brady hasn’t stopped moving.

He’s delved into several business ventures, including a boat-racing team, signed a broadcasting deal, and many others.

According to Brady via B/R Football, he has joined Birmingham City as a minority owner and the chair of their advisory board.

In the video that detailed Brady’s newest venture, regarding soccer, he said “I’ve got a lot to learn.”

A lack of soccer knowledge isn’t slowing Brady down, as he looks to make an immediate impact on this team.

His understanding of professional sports along with his recent business acumen should translate to any organization.

With Brady on board, Birmingham City could get a boost, as players could be itching at the chance to work with him.

Birmingham City is currently in the EFL Championship, one step below the Premier League.

If they finish as one of the top two teams in the Championship, they’ll be promoted to the Premier League.

The last time they were in the Premier League was 2011, and have been in search of another appearance ever since.

This isn’t the first time that a prominent American figure has dipped their toes into international soccer.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenneny recently took over Wrexham FC.

They dedicated significant time and energy to the organization, which yielded positive results.

Will Brady’s history of winning in the NFL translate to soccer?
