Even if you weren’t a Tom Brady fan, getting to meet the greatest quarterback in NFL history has to be a humbling moment.

Just imagine how Kevin Randall, a former high-school teacher and diehard football card collector felt when he came across No. 12 himself.

Brady made an appearance at the Inaugural Fanatics Fest in NYC, and he — literally — made a fan’s day with one major purchase.

The legendary quarterback was impressed by Randall’s remarkable collection of football cards, up to the point where he literally told him his collection was ‘insane’ (Via Topps).

Randall promptly revealed that dealing in Brady’s cards had been pivotal to his success as a card collector and dealer and it even helped him get his dream home.

Clearly impressed by this and his collection, Brady dapped him up and even bought several cards for himself.

Randall was in awe and starstruck, but he kept it together and was able to finish the transaction swiftly and successfully.

Brady purchased 6-7 cards, one of which was a 2007 Bowman Sterling J. Montana – Tom Brady card.

Then, he shared some encouraging words and praise for him, rounding out perhaps the most wholesome moment of the entire event.

Tom Brady isn’t spotted publicly often, but he’s actually a man of the people.

You may have hated him when he played against your favorite team, but even the biggest Brady hater can’t do anything but tip their hats to him and acknowledge his unique legacy for the game of football.
