During his playing career in the NFL, which spanned over two decades with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, superstar quarterback Tom Brady was as competitive as any player in the league, which made him as special as any player who had come through the NFL.
That competitive drive that Brady possessed led to numerous accolades and records, as well as seven Super Bowl titles won, which is something that no other player or quarterback may ever be able to do moving forward.
The consensus among many is that Brady is the greatest quarterback and player in NFL history, as he has a resume that may never be topped, even though Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs will give it his best shot.
Brady recently gave some insight into his competitiveness and what motivated him throughout his incredible career in the league, via Bleacher Report.

It seems as though Brady went with the same mindset as NBA legends Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant by using anything they could to motivate them to be the best players they could possibly be while winning as many titles as possible.
Although a lot of professional athletes try to emulate what Brady, Jordan, and Bryant were able to do during their careers, these three have been the only ones to let this competitiveness drive them, resulting in legendary status in their respective sports.
With Brady setting the bar as high as he did, it’ll be interesting to see if Mahomes or any other quarterback in the NFL can follow in his footsteps and come close to what he was able to accomplish.
