The 2023 NFL season was the first time the league didn’t see Tom Brady on the field in over two decades.

Brady is widely considered to be the greatest football player ever and for good reason, as the former superstar quarterback won seven Super Bowl titles with six of them coming with the New England Patriots.

On the field, Brady was an accurate passer and an excellent decision-maker who always knew where to go with the football.

Even in his later years, Brady showed he could be effective despite any perceived dip in arm strength or athleticism.

However, one of the more underrated aspects about Brady was his dedication to his routine and ensuring that his body was always in top form.

Recently, Brady went into detail about the sacrifices he made during his playing days in order to stay at the top of the league.

“If I was going to catch those guys that were bigger, stronger, faster… I had to take better care of myself,” Brady said.

Brady was obsessed with taking care of his body and spoke often about the diets he would go on to encourage optimal performance on the field.

He was also good about his workout routines and staying on his regimen, two things that professional athletes can struggle with over long periods of time.

Brady was truly a one-of-one type of player for what he did to put himself in positions to succeed and he was able to reap the benefits of his hard work several times over.
