The NBA season is over for the New York Knicks.
It was a grind from start to finish, so it’s only right that they have some time off to blow off some steam, sit back, and relax ahead of a crucial offseason.
That’s why the timing was perfect for Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart to host their coach, Tom Thibodeau, on their podcast, and the interview didn’t disappoint.
As expected, Hart tried to get on Coach Thibs’ nerves, and there were some funny and interesting revelations about the inside dynamics of the team.
One of the highest points in the interview came when they asked Thibs which actor should play him in a movie, and his answer didn’t disappoint.
Thibs didn’t settle for anything less than greatness, choosing George Clooney or Brad Pitt (via Courtside Buzz).

That’s the kind of ambitious person Coach Thibs has always been, and he clearly has the same level of demand for whoever plays him in a movie as he does with his players on the court.
Whether Clooney or Pitt will be interested in the role, however, remains to be seen.
