The New York Giants found a way to win against the Green Bay Packers.

Despite the odds being stacked against them, the Tommy Devito-led squad beat the surging Packers, even though they were down late in the fourth quarter.

Jordan Love threw a touchdown pass to Malik Heath with 1:33 left on the clock, putting the Packers up by one.

Devito led the game-winning drive, which he recapped in a postgame interview.

According to Devito via Giants Videos on Twitter, he told his teammates, “Let’s go win this game. It’s on us. It’s on the offense.”

Tommy DeVito was asked what he said to his teammates in the final minutes of the game:

While these words are simple, his team responded positively, resulting in their impressive drive.

Devito has been an unlikely player for this Giants squad, especially after Daniel Jones got injured.

This team continues to rally around Devito, a player who has captured much national media attention.

He has turned into a character, on and off the field, resulting in this widespread admiration and appreciation for what Devito has done.

Of course, having a gimmicky player on a roster only goes so far.

He will need to keep playing well to maintain his job, a position that will be in jeopardy when Jones gets back to full health.

Until the Giants make that decision, fans will continue to be treated to Devito and his on-field performances.

Pending an injury, he is slated to be the Giants’ starter for the rest of the year, so he will minimally have four games left as a member of this team.
