Breaking news at the wide receiver position came just a day out from the NFL Draft kicks off in Detroit, Michigan.
Speaking of Detroit, Lions No. 1 wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown inked a brand-new four-year deal worth $120 million to stay in Detroit for years to come.
After the news broke, Miami Dolphins All-Pro receiver Tyreek Hill took to social media to react to the deal.
“WR market on fire ,” Hill tweeted Wednesday morning.

St. Brown joins the list of Davante Adams, Tyreek Hill, A.J. Brown, and Amari Cooper as receivers currently on $100 million deals.
Also, St. Brown and Hill are the highest-paid receivers in the league in terms of annual value (both earning $30 million per year).
Still just 24 years of age, St. Brown is one of the most complete pass-catchers in the league.
The two-time Pro-Bowler has caught 315 passes, recorded over 3,500 receiving yards, and grabbed 21 touchdown catches across his first three years.
His ability to block in the running game is also an underrated element of his game.
It’s fair to say that he is the best Lions receiver since Calvin Johnson.
He is quarterback Jared Goff’s No. 1 option and a clear reason why Dan Campbell’s team is one of the best teams in football.
The former USC Trojan is coming off of his best season yet in 2023.
He set career-highs in targets (164), receptions (119), receiving yards (1,515), and touchdown catches (10).
For Detroit to finally get over the hump and win the Super Bowl, St. Brown has to be a focal point for the offense.
