The Los Angeles Clippers have disappointed their fanbase several times over the last few seasons.

Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have barely been the superstars that the Clippers hoped for them to be, as the duo has been sidelined for a plethora of games due to injuries.

Despite not playing in a lot of games for the team, the dynamic duo is essentially open to doing anything in order to help the Clippers win an NBA championship.

Speaking of which, Leonard and George are expected to occasionally play as a power forward for the Clippers, as per Tyronn Lue via ClutchPoints on Twitter.

“Whatever I wanna do, they’re gonna do it. They trust me. I’ve earned their trust over the last 3 years and whatever is best for the team, that’s the move we’re gonna make,” Lue said.

The Clippers may have an overall deep roster, but they have a glaring issue at the No. 4 position.

The current power forward options for the team seem to pale in comparison to what other teams in the NBA have at the same position.

Keeping that in mind, head coach Ty Lue says Leonard and George may play as the No. 4 for the team.

But is it really a wise decision?

Considering both PG13 and the Kawhi have missed many games due to injuries over the last few seasons, putting them in a more physically demanding position could be a huge mistake.

Sure, Leonard and George are two extremely skilled players, but the bottom line is that playing as a power forward is not everyone’s cup of tea.

Either way, Lue is confident his two superstars can step up for the team when required.

Fans will have to wait and see whether the questionable decision produces fruitful results or not.
