The Seattle Seahawks should be getting an even hungrier and much more fit Geno Smith in 2024.
The veteran has been working out plenty this offseason in preparation for his first season playing for new head coach Mike Macdonald.
On his Instagram story, he can be seen throwing passes to former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown and current Ravens receiver Zay Flowers.

The 33-year-old is coming off of back-to-back Pro Bowl seasons, which were also the two best seasons of his career.
He led the league in completion percentage in 2022 (69.8%) en route to being named the league’s Comeback Player of the Year.
That same season, he took the Seahawks to the playoffs in the first year without Russell Wilson.
Despite not making the playoffs in 2023, he had a winning record as a starter for the second consecutive season while also tying a career-high with five game-winning drives.
Now, he will be someone for Macdonald to lean on as a younger head coach in the league.
With Pro Bowl receivers Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf still in the fold, along with 1,000-yard rusher Kenneth Walker, this Seahawks offense should be extremely formidable.
With the NFC relatively wide open, Seattle is a real sleeper team.
While everyone is talking about the San Francisco 49ers, Detroit Lions, and Green Bay Packers, Seattle is just lying in the weeds like they were two seasons ago.
With no one giving Smith and Seattle much attention at all, they could be a sleeping giant.
