It’s been quite a while since LeSean McCoy was wreaking havoc in the National Football League.
And while he’s still in great shape, he might not have the quick burst he used to have back in the day.
That’s why Aaron Donald got the best of him in a race.
In a clip recorded by DeSean Jackson and shared by Bleacher Report on Twitter, the world saw the former defensive lineman taking on McCoy in a race and actually beating him.

Of course, Donald is three years younger than McCoy and was still going strong in the league last season.
Even so, we’re talking about an absolute unit of a human being, which is why this is even more impressive.
While he may have slimmed down since walking away from the game, Donald was listed at 280 pounds when he played, 70 more than McCoy.
Donald always beat the odds with his unmatched physicality.
He was deemed too short to play defensive tackle.
Then, he wound up being tied for the most NFL Defensive Player of the Year awards (3) in an era when defensive players weren’t even allowed to be as physical as they were back in the day.
Donald was an unmovable object who demanded at least two bodies in front of him on every single snap; he forced opposing offensive coordinators to game-plan for him.
And judging by this clip, it seems like he still has plenty left in the tank and could suit up tomorrow if the Rams needed him.
