For years, NFL scouts compared Caleb Williams to Patrick Mahomes.
There are some resemblances to their games, but both are unique in their way.
However, it seems like the young Chicago Bears star is trying to take a page from Mahomes’ book.
As shown on Twitter, Williams was spotted practicing behind-the-back throws in training camp.

Mahomes just made the headlines in his latest preseason outing for finding Travis Kelce with a behind-the-back pass for a first down.
So, if these guys make a habit out of this, the rest of the league will officially be in a lot of trouble.
It was already difficult to deal with Mahomes and his new-look throws and whatnot, so having to worry about him having eyes in the back of his head will just be too much.
As for Williams, he has the potential to be one of the best quarterbacks in the game almost right out of the gate.
The Bears have never had a quarterback of his caliber, which explains a lot of their years of woes and struggles to be at their best.
GM Ryan Poles has built a strong team around him with some of the best skill players in the game to make his transition to the pros as smooth as it can possibly be.
And while the fans should tame their expectations about the rookie star, he’s clearly very confident in his game and could surprise us with some bold moves right out of the gate.
