It takes a dog to win in the NBA, and the Boston Celtics have one of the toughest dogs out there.
Trading for Jrue Holiday may have been the move that gets them over the hump once and for all.
The former NBA champion was at his best again to close out the Indiana Pacers in Game 3, sealing the win with a clutch steal on Andrew Nembhard.
That’s why, following the win, his teammates wanted to show their love and appreciation by doing what boys do: Being boys.
Celtics players started barking in the locker room, and while that clip could age very poorly if they don’t get the job done in the NBA Finals, it was still an accurate reflection of how they took care of business on the road.

The Celtics dug themselves into a big hole in the second quarter, but they never wavered.
They kept pushing and fighting and worked their way back into a crucial win, and they’re now just one win away from the NBA Finals.
Holiday’s impact on both ends of the floor has been the biggest difference for Joe Mazzulla’s team this season.
The stats might not reflect that, and he might not be considered the best player on the team, but he’s been their true MVP.
Now, the dogs must keep that energy going, and they better get ready to bark five more times this season.
Otherwise, that clip will come back to haunt them online after every loss for years to come.
