Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks has spent his summer practicing his skills, prepping for the new season, and teaching other players about the power of basketball.
The former MVP and champion recently visited China, where he had multiple practice games with some of that nation’s young up-and-coming talent.
Antetokounmpo posted a video of him coaching a team of Chinese players with the caption: “What can I say, coaching chose me.”
Antetokounmpo definitely looked fired up and tuned in during the video.
But he inserted a laughing emoji after his caption, suggesting that he isn’t really the perfect candidate to coach.

Regardless, he definitely had fun and definitely really helped these players.
They are lucky to get advice and guidance from Antetokounmpo because he is unquestionably one of the best players in the league.
He has gotten better and better in many ways over the years.
In fact, 2022-23 saw him averaging the most points of his career, with 31.1 per game.
On top of that, he has also become a smarter player as well as physically more capable too.
Of course, the last season ended in disappointment.
Antetokounmpo was injured and his Bucks were shockingly pushed out of the playoffs by the Miami Heat in the first round.
Despite that, many people still expect big things from Milwaukee in the new season.
Multiple analysts have predicted the Bucks could return to the Finals and many others also believe that Antetokounmpo could get another MVP trophy.
His trip abroad was a great way to raise basketball awareness and impart his wisdom and skill to young players.
But now Antetokounmpo is back at work getting ready for the new, crucial season that awaits him.
