Some NBA stars spend the offseason relaxing with family and friends, kicking back at the beach, and enjoying fine food and drinks.
Then there is Precious Achiuwa of the New York Knicks, who just raised the bar when it comes to summer activities.
A video shared by Achiuwa on Instagram, per Bleacher Report, shows him walking with a pair of lions in Zambia.
Achiuwa doesn’t seem a bit afraid of the two animals and casually walks behind them as they trek through nature.

It’ll be hard for any NBA player to release a cooler video this summer.
Achiuwa was obviously under supervision and never in danger but that doesn’t take away from just how impressive this footage is.
After a very busy season, Achiuwa is rightfully enjoying his time off.
He started the season with the Toronto Raptors but then headed down south to the Knicks.
He averaged 7.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game for the Knicks and immediately proved he was a smart and important acquisition.
He is just one of the many promising young stars who has come to New York recently and fans of the team are eager and excited to see what he does next season and the years beyond.
The team is the real deal and could be the best in the East next season, as long as they stay healthy and consistent.
Will Achiuwa be a big part of their success in 2024-25?
He still has some time before the new season kicks off and until then he will spend his time unwinding, preparing for the new year, and hanging out with the fiercest creatures on the planet.
