The Los Angeles Lakers made several key moves to start the NBA offseason.
Nonetheless, one of the minor signings they made went under the radar, and it could end up having a major impact for years to come.
Following years of trade rumors and speculation, they finally got their hands on Cam Reddish, another Rich Paul client, and a former No. 10 pick.
Reddish has reportedly been putting in a lot of work, as pointed out in a now-viral video shared by Swishcultures (Via Hoop Central).

There’s no denying that Reddish has all the physical tools to become a superstar.
He can excel as a defender and is a talented athlete with a nice shooting form and the ability to put up points from all three levels.
Nonetheless, he’s struggled with efficiency since his days at Duke.
Perhaps his game isn’t suited to be a role player or a second or third scoring option yet, and he’ll have to make that adjustment to be able to have a long career in the league.
The Lakers’ player development staff has done an outstanding job with young players over the past couple of years, and they seem heavily invested in him, and rightfully so.
This might be Reddish’s final chance to find his footing in the league.
He’ll play for a championship-contending team and will have to do what’s best for the team, not for him.
He’s still quite young and could be the ultimate low-risk/high-reward pickup by Rob Pelinka and his staff.
