The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold a 1-3 record, tied for last place in the AFC West.
This has been a disappointment, as many believed the Raiders were in line for a significantly improved year.
The Raiders’ performance has caused some fans to react negatively, as evidenced in the below clip from Bleacher Report.

In this clip, Raiders owner Mark Davis was seen yelling at fans who were demanding that he fire Josh McDaniels as head coach.
At one point, Davis seems to yell “Use your head!” sending a message to fans that keeping McDaniels around is a logical choice for the organization.
McDaniels was brought in from the New England Patriots, where he spent over a decade as a coach.
As a winning organization, the hope for McDaniels was that he could help turn this team around, enacting a Patriots-like shift.
However, with slightly more than one season of experience under his belt, McDaniels has been unable to recapture the magic he found in New England.
While many fans call for his head, it will ultimately be up to Davis to decide his fate.
Head coaching in the NFL is a tremendous undertaking.
They are often given high praise when their team is winning, but given the lion’s share of the blame when the team loses.
This was why Nathaniel Hackett was fired in 2022 before the season was over.
He wasn’t able to pull the Denver Broncos out of their funk, causing ownership to intervene.
Will Davis end up doing the same thing to McDaniels?
