The NFL offseason has been filled with rumors and speculation, and the Tennessee Titans are not absent from that.
Derrick Henry’s name has surfaced in many of those conversations and was believed at one point to be traded.
Despite these rumors, a video has recently surfaced, highlighting Henry’s offseason workouts.
In this video, Henry is seen running on a dirt road, sprinting up and down various hills.

Henry has established himself as one of the best running backs in the NFL, a staple on the Titans’ offense.
The Titans have recently drafted Will Levis, potentially signaling a changing of the guard at quarterback.
While Henry’s role was established with Ryan Tannehill, a new quarterback could result in a slight change in Henry’s usage.
During the 2022 season, the Titans had 28.6 rushing attempts per game, giving Henry the lion’s share of the workload.
If the team does roll out Levis as their starter, they could turn to a more pass-centric offense.
What would that mean for Henry’s usage and overall production?
If his offseason workouts are any indication, Henry will be ready for whatever is thrown his way, even in his age 29 season.
As a whole, running backs tend to take a dip in production after they turn 26 or 27, but Henry will continue to look to defy that.
Henry has proven that he is not a typical back, and will do whatever it takes to remain as one of the league’s elites.
How much will the Titans be able to improve in 2023, especially after their 7-10 season in 2022?
