The 2023-24 NBA regular season has been nothing short of a nightmare for the Golden State Warriors, with the team struggling to figure out how to put it together and longtime head coach Steve Kerr having no answers.

As the Warriors get ready for the second half of the regular season, Golden State is getting mentioned quite often as a team that could shake things up with a big deal or two heading toward the NBA trade deadline on February 8.

One big-name player who has been linked to the Warriors for quite some time now is Pascal Siakam of the Toronto Raptors, with the team up north seemingly ready to move on from the 29-year-old star forward.

As of right now, it is uncertain whether the Raptors will make a deal with the Warriors in the coming weeks, but now another big-name player has emerged as a potential target for Golden State, with guard Dejounte Murray potentially in the team’s crosshairs, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic via NBACentral.

Over the past few weeks, Murray’s name has surfaced on the trade market, with the Atlanta Hawks ready to move on from the versatile guard, as things haven’t panned out concerning the duo of Murray and superstar Trae Young.

Murray, Siakam, and Zach LaVine are arguably the biggest names on the trade market, with the Warriors potentially grabbing one of these players in order to help right the ship in the Bay Area and get the team back into title contention.
