The Golden State Warriors finally got a taste of their team at full strength.
Draymond Green made his season debut after missing the first two contests, moving Chris Paul to the bench for the first time after 1,365 games as a starter.
The Dubs dominated from start to finish, and even though the 0-3 Houston Rockets may not be the best team to be measured against, it was still encouraging to see them being a fined-tuned machine on both ends of the floor.
Still, one of the highlights of the game came from Stephen Curry, who dazzled around Dillon Brooks, put him on skates, and then faked him twice before knocking down a three-pointer right in front of him.
Following the game, Curry made sure to throw a subtle dart at the troublemaker, stating that they all know his reputation and what he’s all about (via Warriors on NBCS and Sportscenter).

Needless to say, Brooks’ reputation around the league is far from a good one.
Everybody took notice of his comments on LeBron James last season, and the worst part is that he wasn’t even able or willing to back them up, failing to address the media after being dominated in the playoffs.
Brooks talked his way out of Memphis but was still rewarded with a big contract by the Rockets in the most mocked and controversial move of the offseason.
Of course, he can play, and he’s a decent defender, but it doesn’t seem like most of his peers respect him at all, and that’s all on him.
