DeMar DeRozan is most likely leaving the Chicago Bulls, it’s just a matter of which team he heads to.
There are a number of front offices interested in DeRozan but one has allegedly “dug in” in their pursuit of acquiring him.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, per Cameron Salerno, the Sacramento Kings are trying to find a sign-and-trade scenario to land the Bulls star.
However, Wojnarowski said that the Kings will likely need to get a third team involved in any potential trade.
Another update from Woj on DeMar DeRozan: “The one team that’s been dug in with him and trying to find a Sign & Trade scenario: the Sacramento Kings. They have been talking this week. They’re going to need a third team involved in a S&T. … Sacramento is the team to watch between… https://t.co/LubBRqumN0 pic.twitter.com/zN9N6lmXAC

DeRozan has been in the league for 15 years and has averaged 21.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 4.1 assists during that time.
At 34 years old, he brings the sort of experience and expertise that could come in handy for the young Kings team.
But Sacramento will only move on a deal for him if the price is right.
Most reports have said that DeRozan desires a contract that gives him about $20 to $25 million per year.
That is a hefty price tag and the Kings might not be able to pull that off.
They would also have to deal with a Bulls front office that isn’t particularly interested in making DeRozan happy.
They don’t care about how much he makes in the future and are far more focused on getting a lot in return for him.
What can the Kings, or a third team, offer the Bulls?
DeRozan is one of the remaining players on the market who hasn’t found a new home so there is a chance that this situation will heat up in the days ahead.
Will he be heading to Sacramento or another NBA location within the next week?
