It’s no secret that the 2023 season hasn’t gone according to plan for the New York Yankees as of late.

The team is 15-14, but they are tied for last place in the ever-competitive American League East division with the Boston Red Sox.

Understandably, Yankees fans are a little bit frustrated, and with so many players on the injured list, things haven’t been easy.

However, one Yankees fan isn’t panicking just yet.

On Twitter, the fan took note of several issues that have taken place, but also noted that the Yankees still have their heads above water despite the issues, and stated that fans should relax a little bit.

Aaron Judge has had two injury scares, Stanton on the IL, Rodon Severino Kahnle Trivino and Bader have yet to appear in a game. And the Yankees are still 15-14. Can we relax?

Granted, it’s still early in the season, and the Yankees have a ton of talent on their roster.

And soon, some of the players who are injured will be making their way back, even if Aaron Judge lands on the injured list.

Judge himself has had a few injury scares, while Giancarlo Stanton is currently out.

Harrison Bader, Carlos Rodon, Luis Severino, Tommy Kahnle, Frankie Montas, and Jose Trevino have also yet to appear in any games.

And through it all, the Yankees still have a winning record and their heads are above water.

It certainly is a concerning start for the Yankees, given that they won 99 games last season and ran away with their first AL East title since 2019.

But with several players on their way back, things are sure to improve for the Bronx Bombers.

They’ll open up a series with the Cleveland Guardians on Monday night.
