The Los Angeles Lakers needed a win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night, which meant they required Anthony Davis to show up and play hard.
Luckily for them, he did just that.
Davis scored 38 points, 17 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 1 steal on a 57% field goal percentage in a huge 123-111 win over the T-Wolves.
All of this was with an injury too, as Davis hurt himself during the game but pushed through and somehow only got better after tweaking his ankle.
This was Davis’ game and he was looking like a true MVP again.
The fans definitely took note of what he did.
