All season long, fans of the Los Angeles Clippers have waited – mostly patiently – for Kawhi Leonard to play as much as they wanted.
He started the year very slowly since he was still coming off of a very serious injury that caused him to miss all of last season.
But as 2022-23 went on, people were wondering why Leonard wasn’t spending more minutes on the court.
On Wednesday night, the Clippers beat the Los Angeles Lakers and Leonard was a huge part of that success.
As noted by ClutchPoints, it was the first time that he played every single minute in a half since Game 7 of the NBA Finals all the way back in 2013.
Last night, Kawhi Leonard played every single minute in the second half of the Clippers’ win over the Lakers.

It’s been ten years since Leonard has played like this.
It couldn’t be coming at a better time.
The Clippers are now the fifth team in the Western Conference and are just days away from entering the playoffs.
Their regular season has been lacking in many ways and most people agree they have come up short.
So it is time to prove what they are capable of.
With a fully healthy, fully functioning Leonard, they are capable of so much more.
Leonard has certainly looked much more comfortable on the court over the last few weeks.
He has moved fast, scored better, and worked very well with his teammates.
He has still missed more minutes than fans would like but perhaps he was just preparing himself for the onslaught of the postseason.
If the standings hold, the Clippers will have their work cut out for them in the first round.
They are currently set to face off against the punishing Phoenix Suns.
This means the Clippers will need as much of Leonard as they can get.
