Few teams in the NFL have been as busy as the Carolina Panthers during this NFL offseason, with the team pulling out all the stops in an attempt to right the ship ahead of the 2023 campaign.
Although, at present, the Panthers brass is focused on the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft and who the team is going to take with the No. 1 pick, the team is still active in free agency as Carolina continues to add pieces on both sides of the football.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Panthers have brought in former Miami Dolphins safety Eric Rowe.

Rowe is a two-time Super Bowl champion due to his time with the New England Patriots and is, without a doubt, the kind of veteran player that the Panthers need as they try to build a team that can compete with the best of the best in the NFC.
Carolina is rebuilding and will need some time to put everything together, but the franchise has been aggressive this offseason, pointing to a potentially quick rebuild if they can get the right pieces in place ahead of the upcoming season.
In eight seasons in the NFL, with stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, Patriots and Dolphins, Rowe has recorded five interceptions, one touchdown, 41 passes defensed and six forced fumbles.
Rowe might not be a game-changing safety for the Panthers, but he should give the team some veteran experience and a player that knows how to play at a championship level in the NFL.
