After months of speculation and Aaron Rodgers making it clear he wants to play for the New York Jets, the superstar quarterback is finally in the Big Apple and preparing to get his team ready for what will almost certainly be an action-packed 2023 NFL season.
With Rodgers in the fold, the Jets will have high expectations heading into the 2023 campaign and could make a strong case as a potential Super Bowl title contender.
Although some would argue that Rodgers has lost a step after his lackluster performance with the Green Bay Packers last season, the future Hall of Famer is still putting up numbers and tops the following list of elite quarterbacks over the last three years via PFF.

With Rodgers playing in the AFC for the first time in his career and competing in one of the toughest divisions in the NFL in the AFC East, it’ll be interesting to see if he can continue to produce on the football field at a high level.
Although Rodgers has a daunting task ahead to guide this Jets squad, the four-time NFL MVP will have plenty of weapons around him, with a better-than-average defense helping the team hold onto leads in 2023.
Along with the added pressure of being on a win-now squad, Rodgers will have to deal with playing under the bright lights of New York, which is drastically different than Green Bay and may pose a significant challenge for the veteran quarterback.
All eyes will be on Rodgers in 2023, as the Jets will be a team under the microscope more than most during the upcoming season.
