James Harden had one of the best playoff performances of his career, leading the Philadelphia 76ers to a huge upset win over the Boston Celtics.
Harden deserves all his flowers for that majestic throwback performance at the TD Garden, reminding everyone of how great of a player he is.
But as great as Harden was, Jay Williams believes the Celtics should be ashamed of themselves after that defensive performance.

Williams praised Harden and gave him his flowers for getting to his spots and doing his thing without Joel Embiid.
Even so, he also ripped Joe Mazzulla’s team for not being able to stop him.
Williams ranted about how defensive specialists such as Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, and even Al Horford couldn’t hold their own against the team, pointing out that PJ Tucker didn’t even score a single point, and they still lost the game.
Truth be told, it seems like the table is set for the Celtics to at least make it to the NBA Finals.
Embiid might not be healthy, even when he comes back.
The New York Knicks and Miami Heat shouldn’t be much of a threat, as they were seeded No. 5 and No. 8, respectively.
The Denver Nuggets are up 2-0 against the Phoenix Suns, perhaps the biggest candidate, while the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors will try and run through each other in their series.
So, this kind of defensive effort is unacceptable for a team that has everything going on for them to win a championship this season.
