The Dallas Cowboys have one of the best records in the league, which isn’t much of a surprise if you take a look at their schedule.
Nonetheless, it’s not like they’re barely beating bad teams; they’re actually crushing their opposition whenever they can.
Ironically, a lot of that has had to do with the guy who was supposed to be their weakest link: Dak Prescott.
Prescott is playing the best football of his career, leading the team to a 5-1 record — which was pretty close to being 6-0 — over the past six weeks.
That’s why former NFL QB Dan Orlovsky believes that he has a legit chance to win MVP this season, as long as he continues this stellar play for the next month (via Get Up).

Prescott got off to a slow start to the season, but he was able to turn things around, making CeeDee Lamb one of the biggest threats in the game and getting all his pass-catchers involved.
Despite all the doubts and the criticism, he’s been a top-five quarterback for the past six weeks, and it’s time people start giving him his flowers.
There are still some doubts about his — and his team’s — ability to be as efficient against winning teams, and their upcoming stretch is going to be rather brutal.
So, having some good games against the likes of the Seattle Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills, and Miami Dolphins would most definitely prove that they’re up to the task and capable of going the distance this season.
