The Boston Celtics easily pushed past the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night, beating them, 126-110, in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
This was not like Game 1, when the Pacers kept it close, and their performance is gaining a lot of criticism.
Craig Carton was one of the many people criticizing the team.
On “The Carton Show,” he called Indiana “a clown show” and said that head coach Rick Carlisle should be embarrassed.
“This is a JOKE. This is a clown show. Rick Carlisle should be embarrassed. The Pacers should be embarrassed.”

In the fourth quarter of Game 2, multiple starters for Indiana were on the bench.
Tyrese Haliburton, Aaron Nesmith, and Myles Turner didn’t play at all in the fourth.
That was a stunning sign of defeat for the Pacers, who came so close to winning Game 1 just days before.
If they continue to play like this, there is little chance that they can win this series and make it to the Finals.
The fact that they didn’t play well in Game 2 and gave up a victory in Game 1 has most people thinking that the Celtics are going to easily sail past them over the next few games.
The Pacers will need to do an awful lot if they wish to get themselves back in this series.
Pascal Siakam scored 28 points on Thursday night but the rest of the starters were mostly no-shows, with Haliburton only posting 10 points.
Over the next couple of days, Carlisle and his team will have to take a serious look at themselves and figure out how to make changes.
The good news for them is that Game 3 is in Indiana so if there is any chance of them turning things around, it’s at home.
