At 3-5 and last in the AFC West, Week 10 could be the final week that the Denver Broncos have to try and salvage this season.
The Broncos came into the year hoping to redeem themselves after their debacle of a 2022 NFL campaign, but the team has looked just as bad on both sides of the ball.
Despite a modest uptick in play from Russell Wilson, the defense has fallen apart and the rest of the offense hasn’t instilled much confidence that this roster is playoff-bound anytime soon.
Head coach Sean Payton was brought in to turn the franchise around, but even he finds himself in a precarious position as he tries to prove he’s the right man for the job.
Week 10 features a primetime matchup against the Buffalo Bills, so the Broncos will have their work cut out for them if they want to pull off the upset.
Denver will be without defensive back Kareem Jackson as he serves his two-game suspension and he cracked a joke at the expense of Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh via his personal Twitter account.

Michigan has been embroiled in a sign-stealing scandal and Harbaugh was suspended three games for his connection to the situation.
Jackson was suspended by the NFL league office for his multiple unnecessary roughness penalties, so both find themselves watching their teams play football this weekend.
The Harbaugh suspension is fascinating considering he’s drawing some rumored interest around the league as a potential head coach, so it remains to be seen how his punishment affects his chances at an NFL return.
