The Los Angeles Chargers have a history of disappointing and frustrating their own fans despite often possessing ample talent.
Heading into this season, even their biggest skeptics had to admit they had a very strong roster that, at their best, could perhaps be a dark-horse contender for the AFC title.
But they’re now 0-2 after collapsing in crunch time in both of their games so far this season.
The Chargers were at it again on Sunday, coming up empty on offense with the game on the line and losing in overtime to the Tennessee Titans, 27-24.
Commentator Colin Cowherd had some harsh words for the organization, as he called it out for hiring head coach Brandon Staley over Brian Daboll, via The Volume.

Many fans in Southern California have been calling for Staley to be fired dating back to January when Los Angeles blew a 27-0 lead and lost in the final seconds to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Wild Card playoff round.
The team did hire a new offensive coordinator in Kellen Moore, who had done very well in that capacity with the Dallas Cowboys, but so far it hasn’t paid off.
The Chargers have quarterback Justin Herbert, who possesses a rocket of a throwing arm, two stud wide receivers in Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, and a star dual-threat running back in Austin Ekeler.
On defense, Joey Bosa is one of the game’s best pass rushers, Khalil Mack provides him with strong support at linebacker, while Derwin James Jr and J.C. Jackson are very capable defensive backs.
L.A. is running out of time to turn their season around, and if they don’t, one has to wonder how much longer management will stick with Staley.
