Among the wide receivers on the Detroit Lions, Amon-Ra St. Brown is the clear-cut leader.

The All-Pro wide receiver is coming off of his best career season in the league.

He set career marks in terms of receptions (119), receiving yards (1,515), and touchdown catches (10).

The former USC star earned a four-year $120 million deal this offseason to remain a Lion for the foreseeable future.

However, one of the other underrated receivers on this team is former All-American Jameson Williams.

Williams has battled injuries and a suspension over his first two NFL seasons.

However, head coach Dan Campbell still believes in his abilities.

“He’s a man on a mission, and I’m just gonna leave it at that,” Campbell recently told The Athletic.

Williams played in six games as a rookie after recovering from some ACL damage that he suffered in college.

He then was suspended four games in 2013 for violating the league’s gambling policy.

But now, he is ready to roll and play a full season for the NFC North-winning Lions.

In 12 games played last season, Williams caught 24 passes on 42 targets for 354 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Last postseason, he added in 6 receptions for 79 yards and a touchdown.

Over his 18 career regular season games, the former Georgia Bulldog has an average yards-per-catch mark of 15.8.

He is a big-play threat that will add a whole new element to the offense in 2024.

But again, he needs to play a full season.

If he does, Jared Goff and the Lions should be a playoff team once again at the very least.
