The Dallas Mavericks just won two games on the road against the Minnesota Timberwolves and hold a dominant 2-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals.
History has shown that it’s hard but not impossible for the Timberwolves to come back from such a deficit.
But on NBA on TNT, Draymond Green said that this series is done and Minnesota is not rebounding.
He said that there is no way the Timberwolves can do what the Denver Nuggets did and climb back from an 0-2 hole.

It does feel like history is repeating itself a little bit.
Just a few weeks ago, the Timberwolves pulled off an impressive 2-0 lead over the reigning champion Nuggets.
The Nuggets, of course, were able to storm back and eventually tie the series, and even take the lead, before the Timberwolves came back again and won it all.
What are the chances that they can turn the tables on Dallas and win the next two games on the road?
Green doesn’t think that Minnesota will have the same luck Denver did.
That is likely because the team is younger and less experienced, especially in the playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Nuggets were the championship team with plenty of postseason experience under their belts.
Many people weren’t shocked when the Nuggets were able to bounce back but they would be shocked if Minnesota did the same thing.
Of course, that won’t stop the Timberwolves from trying.
If it weren’t for Luka Doncic’s final three-pointer, they would have been able to win the game and bring things to 1-1.
They were close, but just not close enough.
One thing is very clear: if the Timberwolves wish to win the next game, or any game, in this series, they will have to play perfect basketball.
