No. 7 has always been iconic for the Atlanta Falcons franchise.
Michael Vick didn’t have his number retired, most likely because of his off-the-field issues.
Now, however, there’s a chance someone will one day make that number go high into the rafters.

The team has announced that star rookie RB Bijan Robinson will be the franchise’s new No. 7, which obviously led to plenty of excitement on social media.
You can still see countless Falcons fans donning their No. 7 jersey, so it will only be natural to see the youth keeping up that tradition once Robinson establishes himself as a star.
Thus far, Younghoe Koo had been wearing No. 7, so it’ll be interesting to see which number he chooses going forward.
Notably, Robinson wore No. 5 with the Texas Longhorns, but it wasn’t available in Atlanta, with star receiver Drake London choosing it since entering the league one year ago.
Of course, he, his camp, and the Falcons made the best choice possible, as he was a lock to sell a lot of merchandise already, even before he decided to wear this iconic number.
Despite his infamous scandals, Vick is still a bit of a living legend among NFL fans, especially in Atlanta.
Now, Robinson has a prime chance to eclipse what Vick did for the organization and become the undisputed No. 7 for a franchise that has been through a lot over the past 15 years or so.
