The Golden State Warriors have Draymond Green as their undisputed and most outspoken leader.
However, as respected as he is by some, he’s also gotten a bit of a bad reputation among other fanbases and even players.
Green has recently been deemed a violent person, and some people have always labeled him a dirty player.
Notably, an old clip shared by a Warriors fan on Twitter didn’t do much to help his case, as he was spotted trying to hit former teammate Nick Young — albeit in a playful fashion.
Someone mentioned Swaggy P in the tweet, and — truth to form — the former shooting guard kept the joke going by stating that he also tried to punch him like he punched Poole, adding that he might hate corner guys.

Of course, one can never know whether Young is joking or not, as he’s always handled himself that way and has a reputation for being a bit of a troll.
Also, the footage shows Green and Young playing around, and while Green may not look good because of his reputation, it just wasn’t that serious.
Green was recently tangled up in a bit of a virtual feud with Jordan Poole’s best friend and his father shortly after he shared his thoughts on why he punched his former teammate in practice.
Even so, the Warriors are clearly on his side, as they shipped Poole away to the Washington Wizards and rewarded Green with a lengthy and lucrative contract extension, so maybe there’s more to that story than we know right now.
