What is going on with the Milwaukee Bucks?
That is what many fans of the team are asking on Monday morning after the team lost their fourth straight game on Sunday evening.
Following another disappointing loss, head coach Doc Rivers reportedly held a film session with certain Bucks players and allowed them to speak their minds and clear the air.
According to Shams Charania and Eric Nehm of The Athletic, this sort of dialogue might continue in the days and weeks ahead.
“It’s only the start of these tough and necessary conversations,” Charania and Nehm reported.
As the Bucks continue to slide, Doc Rivers held a film session with the team’s top veteran rotation during which he allowed his players to speak their minds about the team’s struggles.

It is good news that players are being honest with Rivers after this latest thrashing, but will it actually result in anything positive?
These sorts of discussions are useful for teams, they can help build a stronger culture and also get everyone on the same page.
However, can they do much good with only a few days left in the regular season?
In a perfect world, Milwaukee would be preparing for the postseason right now and thinking about who they will be playing against and how to take them down.
Instead, they are grappling with a ton of issues that should have been hashed out months ago.
The Rivers era hasn’t been a smooth one.
It started rough but things got better after a while and now the team isn’t functioning well again.
The Bucks only have four more games and they won’t be easy ones: they are playing the Boston Celtics, Orlando Magic, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Magic again.
Will they be able to overcome what is troubling them and score a few more wins before the playoffs?
Or will they enter the postseason in a horrible rut?
