Josh Allen Describes Win Over Giants With 1 Word

The Buffalo Bills entered Sunday night’s clash vs. the New York Giants as 15-point favorites, the largest point spread thus far this season.

However, they couldn’t even get on the scoreboard until the fourth quarter.

The Daniel Jones-less Giants were dominating the clock with long drives, and the Bills’ offense was having a tough time against a usually beatable defensive unit.

That’s why, following the heroic win, Bills QB Josh Allen admitted that it was an ‘ugly’ win, adding that it counts the same as any other one (via Sunday Night Football on NBC).

Notably, this has been a recurring issue with the Bills.

They seem unable to string good performances together, and they usually play down to the other team’s level.

This is why some pundits are still reluctant and hesitant to put them on the same tier as other contenders, as you never know which version of them you’re going to come across.

That goes especially for Josh Allen, one of the most talented and physically imposing quarterbacks, but a guy who cannot seem to get out of his own way when things aren’t going right.

Allen finished the night with 19 completions on 30 throws, logging 169 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, adding a couple of rushes for 11 yards.

And while the referees made some questionable calls — or no calls — late in the game that could’ve cost Brian Daboll’s team the win, at the end of the day, all that matters is that they were able to add another win to the W column.
