LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has earned many titles during his years in the NBA.
He’s a four-time champion, a movie star, and a spokesperson for a number of high-profile companies.
And now James will add another title to his resume: podcaster.
According to The Athletic, via NBACentral, James is set to launch a new podcast with former NBA star JJ Redick this week.
The show plans to be “a pure conversation about basketball” that will be a “very free-flowing conversation about the sport and about the game.”

The series will feature some guests at times too, although no names have been released.

James is obviously one of the biggest names in NBA history and although he has discussed the game many times over the years, he hasn’t done it like this.
A one-on-one conversation with another NBA player and expert is sure to produce many memorable and insightful moments.
Redick has become a celebrated commentator in the years since his retirement from the NBA.
He is regularly seen on ESPN, often butting heads with others like Stephen A. Smith.
But this new show with James promises to be more than just a lively back-and-forth between Redick and James.
Instead, they are hoping to create a deep dive into the game and discuss some finer points, including certain things that only NBA players would know.
This could be a very honest and unique take on the NBA from two people who have a perspective unlike anyone else.
In other words, it will be an immediate download for any NBA fan.
