With the start of the 2024 NFL Draft only a few weeks away on April 25, all the talk right now is about the talented quarterbacks coming out of the college game, with quite a few quarterbacks expected to be taken in the first round.
As Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels, and J.J. McCarthy dominate the draft conversation, as all four of these players could be taken in the top-five picks, the wide receiver position has taken a backseat, even though it is already the most talented draft class in recent memory.
Marvin Harrison Jr., out of Ohio State, is arguably the best wide receiver in the upcoming draft, as he could be taken as high as No. 4 overall to the Arizona Cardinals, but LSU’s Malik Nabers is also in the conversation, as he believes he’d be the top receiver on the depth chart for whichever team drafts him, via Dov Kleiman.

At this point in time, unless something drastic happens between now and draft day on April 25, Harrison will likely remain the top wide receiver available and potentially destined to land with the Cardinals.
However, Nabers is a great player and will instantly make an NFL team better downfield, regardless of where he ends up.
It’s safe to say that Nabers will be taken in the first round and could be taken in the top 10, with the Los Angeles Chargers being an intriguing destination, especially after the team recently parted ways with veteran wideouts Mike Williams and Keenan Allen.
