LeBron James has many career accolades already attributed to him.
He is the NBA’s all-time leader in scoring, a four-time NBA champion, a four-time Finals, and league MVP as well.
His combination of strength, speed, and longevity have vaulted him atop many conversations, including the “Greatest of All-Time” debate.
In a recent episode of Showtime Basketball, Tyronn Lue recalled one of his favorite LeBron moments.
When Lue recanted a memory from the 2016 NBA Finals, he told LeBron, “You got to be better, bro.”
“[LeBron] can score 50 anytime he wants… He just wants to play the game the right way. But sometimes the right way is we need you to get 50.”

After LeBron was dissatisfied with his coach, Lue continued talking to him, outlining his expectations for the rest of the game.
“Guard Draymond, be aggressive, shoot the ball, don’t turn the ball over,” were Lue’s qualifications.
Then, as Lue recalls, LeBron went around to many teammates in disbelief of his coach.
One after another, Lue said, his teammates were in full support of his comments.
After all this, Lue said, “He stormed out of the locker room and, in the second half, dominated the whole game.”
Even for one of the best players in the world, having a coach that can get inside your head and unlock another side of you can be a world of difference.
Lue ended this clip by saying that LeBron “can score 50 anytime he wants.”
Lue believes that, when he wants to, there’s no stopping LeBron, especially when he’s on a mission.
There’s a reason that he’s widely regarded as one of the league’s best, after all.
