The 2023-2024 NBA season ended a lot sooner for the Phoenix Suns than they anticipated.
Despite being viewed as having one of the best rosters in the league, the Suns were swept by the Minnesota Timberwolves in their first playoff series.
Now that they have been eliminated, the Suns are forced to go back to the drawing board, hoping they can figure out their mistakes and improve upon them next year.
While the team has a lot of practice and additional training to do, it seems that Kevin Durant is already thinking about next year.
As was shared in a recent video from Barstool Sports, Durant was seen in a nightclub, practicing his jump shot without a ball.

While this practice might not be the most practical for Durant to do, it is a sign that he’s thinking about the upcoming year.
The Suns seemingly have the roster to make a deep playoff run, but they haven’t been able to put the pieces together to make that happen.
The NBA is constantly changing and evolving, which has been put on full display during this year’s playoffs.
Teams like the Minnesota Timberwolves, for example, who have struggled for years, are now able to compete with some of the best teams in the Western Conference.
While they weren’t able to make it to the Finals, it was a step in the right direction for this franchise.
The Suns just need to capture that magic in an upcoming season, capitalizing on their potential with their all-star laden roster.
