The Detroit Lions have themselves a star at quarterback in Jared Goff.

The three-time Pro-Bowler has put Detroit back on the map after multiple impressive seasons in the Motor City.

Last year, Goff took Detroit to within 15 minutes of it’s first-ever Super Bowl appearance.

He is coming off of a career year and has the belief of plenty of fans and pundits.

One of those pundits is Fox Sports’s Greg Jennings.

Jennings was asked on The Carton Show if he thinks Goff will be the first quarterback, among a couple, to return to the Super Bowl after losing in his debut, which came with the Rams in 2018.

“Yes,” Jennings simply stated.

He also added in that he thinks Detroit will get there as a wildcard team, which must mean he believes that the Packers will win the NFC North this year.

Goff and the Lions are coming off of back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since 2016-2017.

They have won a combined 23 games over the last two seasons, including playoffs, but are still hungry for a Super Bowl.

Goff has reinvented himself since his arrival back in 2021.

He set career-highs in completions (407) and completion percentage (67.3%) in 2023.

It is because of his gritty play and growth that has made the Lions one of the best overall teams in the NFL.

Times are changing in Detroit, and that is thanks in major part to Goff.
