Micah Parsons is one of the best defensive players in the entire NFL.

As such, he wants to be fairly compensated for his work.

Fox Sports’s Craig Carton had this to say about Parsons not showing up:

“This is a non-story…Jerry Jones continues to say one thing and do something totally different…This is not an all-in franchise…They are worse that they were a year ago,” Carton recently said on The Carton Show.

Jerry Jones was supposed to be going all-in on his team this offseason.

That means paying his star players and making sure that his team is ready to contend for a Super Bowl.

So far, Parsons and star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb are both missing from the team’s voluntary OTA period.

Both are searching for the major money that they deserve.

Starting with Parsons, the three-time All-Pro and former Defensive Rookie of the Year has recorded a whopping 40.5 sacks in just three seasons.

He has finished in the top-3 of Defensive Player of the Year voting all three years.

By most accounts, he is the franchise’s best overall player.

Lamb could very well be the team’s best offensive player.

The two-time All-Pro has recorded over 5,000 receiving yards in total over his first four NFL seasons.

He has also had back-to-back seasons with 100 or more catches.

In an effort to keep his team in contention, Jones must pay both of his stars.
