The Boston Celtics are walking on clouds right now.
Even when they’re not at their best, they still find ways to win, and that’s the luck of a champion.
Even if they don’t win the whole thing — which they should, given their roster — they should still have a strong chance to make it to the NBA Finals at the very least.
It’s just hard to envision the Indiana Pacers coming back from the heartbreaking loss they suffered in Game 1.
At least, that’s how Chris “Mad Dog” Russo feels.
Talking on ESPN’s “First Take,” the analyst called out the Pacers for the way they blew the game so late, adding that they just won’t be able to bounce back from this.

Russo thought this was the only chance they would get to make it a series, adding that this is the kind of game that you just must win if you’ve reached this stage.
Truth be told, he might be right.
The Pacers might feel great about themselves for even being in this position, and they could feel like they can compete with the Celtics and go toe-to-toe with them.
However, this loss could also have the opposite effect, as those kinds of miscues often linger and make players second-guess every shot and every decision they make.
The Celtics have lost both Game 2s thus far in the playoffs, and they have a tendency to clock out and lose games they should’ve won, just like what almost happened on Tuesday night.
Still, the Pacers didn’t make the most of their chance, and that may have doomed them already.
