NFL legend Tom Brady and Co. made headlines earlier this NFL offseason by taking part in a roast on Netflix.
It was filled with laughable and wild moments that shook the internet.
In a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes was asked if he would consider taking part in a roast.
This was the signal-caller’s response:
“I will definitely be staying away from a roast throughout my lifetime,” Mahomes said.

If Mahomes ever was to change his mind, it would have to be after the team has won more than three Super Bowls.
Brady, his teammates, coaches, and friends all decided to move forward with the roast after 20 years of excellence in New England.
During the run of arguably the league’s greatest dynasty ever, Bill Belichick led the Pats to six Super Bowl wins with Brady also winning a seventh down in Tampa Bay.
You are allowed to make jokes when you are the best on the planet.
Currently, the NFL is run by Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, and the Chiefs.
In 10-15 years, perhaps this core can go do a roast after they possibly top what the Patriots did all those years.
But also, maybe Mahomes won’t change his mind and will want to stay out of the spotlight.
After seeing the types of jokes and things that were said around Brady, you can’t blame him one bit.
Maybe Mahomes’ teammate in Travis Kelce will have his own thoughts on a potential roast when his career is all over.
